Dr Angela Newton is a passionate Osteopath with a wealth of experience. Angela graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy (Victoria University) in 2004. She is the founder of Integrative Osteo Care where she aims to bring her eclectic knowledge of diagnostic skills, diet and lifestyle medicine, manual therapies and exercise prescription to get to the root cause of your complaint.

Angela believes in the power of an integrative approach to optimising health, which has lead her to complete post graduate studies with ACNEM (Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) focusing on the immune system, gut health, metabolic disease & longevity.

Her appreciation of evidence based medicine has led her to complete further studies with the Kresser Institute for Functional Medicine (ADAPT practitioner program).

She has completed postgraduate courses in Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, running biomechanics, injury prevention, tendon rehabilitation amongst many others.

Angela is an advocate for adjustable standing desk work stations and has helped many patients improve their desk ergonomics and reduce their postural complaints.

Angela is a mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys trail running (and generally being in nature), stand up paddle boarding, weight training, the odd obstacle race, cooking healthy nutrient dense food and being on her parents alpaca farm.
