Dr Angela Newton is an Osteopath and Integrative Medicine Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel and function at their best. Graduating with a Masters in Osteopathy (Victoria University) in 2004, she brings over two decades of experience with warmth, curiosity and genuine clinical insight to her practice.

Whether you come to Angela with a musculoskeletal complaint or a more complex health concern, each appointment is guided by a thorough, considered and personalised approach that looks beyond the symptom to address the underlying cause.

Angela has completed postgraduate studies with ACNEM (Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) and the Kresser Institute for Functional Medicine ADAPT Practitioner Program. Together, these qualifications have provided her with the knowledge and expertise to assess and support patients in achieving their health goals. This allows her to offer truly integrative care that goes well beyond traditional osteopathy.
She has a particular interest in supporting women through the menopause transition and understands the vital role that nutrition, lifestyle and strength training play in long-term bone health and healthy ageing. Angela values working collaboratively with her patients' GPs, specialists and allied health professionals.

Angela believes that informed patients get better outcomes. She takes the time to explain what is happening and why, so you leave each appointment feeling clear and empowered.

Outside the treatment room, Angela is just as passionate about strength, mobility and movement. Having qualified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach under Strength Systems International, she loves helping patients of all ages grow stronger and more confident in their bodies.

When she is not in the clinic or the gym, Angela can be found walking her Border Collie, wrangling two teenage daughters, or recharging on her parents' alpaca farm.
